This Isn't Orange Juice
After mixing, the zirconia powder is transferred into hoppers and undergoes a pressing process at an immense 150 tons of pressure. This pressure is applied for just a few seconds, allowing the binder to hold the material together at maximum compression. Once pressed, the discs are placed in the furnace, where the binder is burned off, achieving the optimal density required for high-performance dental restorations. Density is one of the most critical factors in our zirconia discs, ensuring superior integrity during milling. With our precise process, the discs remain free of chips and imperfections, delivering unmatched consistency and reliability.
